When I had a greyhound in Chicago you bundle it up like it was your kid. This was a -10f day. That’s my actual hoodie on top of an easy to make, custom fit fleece coat. Depending on you and your greyhound’s size you can easily let them wear your clothes, it’s awesome! The booties were easily made but can be bought.…
Yep, the front shock towers can rot through, and rear trailing arms can detach IIRC. But yeah, these days any older SUV in the salt belt will likely have structural rust issues. Fly and drive is hands-down the way to go.
Way too many different shapes, all colliding together, the nav screen and its intersection with the dashboard from the driver’s perspective is terrible, like an afterthought. Looks like a Lotus-based kit car’s interior from 40 years ago. I really liked the last gen Z4's exterior but did not like sitting in it due to…
I think the whole thing just feels chunky, like someone took a normal dashboard and blew it up with an air pump. the thickness of each individual components make it feel more cramped than it should. The height/width of the center tunnel - though somewhat necessary - exascerbates the feeling.
I’m with you! I think there’s too many trapezoids or other oblong polygons maybe? It’s hard to describe but it just seems too angular in different directions.
It’s not great looking. I’d rather have the Canyon, and after that the Taco.
I am very confused. Are these seniors not adults? How do they claim to have the right to remove adults from anything or place that they are legally allowed to be? Are they wards or something?
Eww that looks groß!
Because Michael Harriot is a race-baiting troll. He’s black Anne Coulter.
It was a “statement”.
1st gear: I have to say that, even if I’m not even 40 years old, getting in and out from my small SUV is noticeably more comfortable than any cars I ever had. My last car was a Boxster, I drove it daily it for over 8 years and I must admit that, passionate as I am about cars, some days I really wasn’t looking forward…
I don’t get it. Famed artist is trying to change the way art is commercialized by selling his art to a massive art house who in return resales it to wealthy art collectors?
My wife's 2016 Outback definitely surges at the lightest throttle. It's annoying.
My wife got a 2018 Forester a few months ago. I can assure you that the throttle tip-in is not “fixed.” It’s about as awful as my mom’s 2015 Outback. They think it’s a feature.
It’s 100% intentional. Subaru has ALWAYS had this throttle feel on their automatic models to make them feel more sporty than they are. On a quick test-drive through a dealer lot, someone that doesn’t know better will say that ‘it seems powerful’ and ignore all the negative reviews saying subarus are under powered.
And…
My parent’s 2018 Crosstrek throttle tip in is bad, but its especially harsh when the drivetrain is cold. On my wife 2018 Outback throttle tip in is aggressive but not harsh. I thought my Dad was just being whiny until I experienced it on his.
I asked some of the other journos if they had experiences what I described as “a slight surge” when driving, and they looked at me like I was crazy. Glad to hear I may not be.
So was the DCT in my Golf SportWagen. It also worked great in the mountains.
This, Audi makes one of the only automatic transmissions I approve of.
