Holy crap. Nearly 50% of people don’t talk about their salary? That just doesn’t make sense. I grew up poor and money conversations were constant with my parents. I’m now very successful as is my wife and still, money conversations are constant. I don’t know how you make it through life without knowing the full

This is good advise. I plan to downgrade my Sapphire Preferred to the Freedom Unlimited for my wife to use as a a main card alongside my CSR. We’ve used our points/sign up bonus points on both the CSR and CSP every year for trips through the portal. Works great. Pay the balance every month, save up the points, then

Yea but if the stories about Scientology are true, then what he believes in is a problem. By that same logic, if someone is good in the professional business, belongs to the local KKK but doesn’t take part in the “bad stuff”, should we still forgive him/her?

This is exactly how I found my current home. I had a budget in mind at a max price. But I was pushing my searches about $10,000 over. Turned out the seller was willing to come down to where I wanted to be.

wrong reply. delete please.

Credit card travel points are great when used right. I book no other way these days except through the Chase Ultimate Rewards portal. Sometimes the prices are not the absolute lowest I’ve noticed but considering my points are being used, 1 point = $1.5 through Chase Sapphire Reserve, and I get a fully dedicated call

Everyone should follow this rule frankly. You either end up in your position with a higher pay that may or may not negate part of why you were leaving or put a target on your back. When senior management crunches numbers and has to cut people, your higher than normal salary stands out. When why comes up you better be

I really, really want this. I had the last gen Audi A3 hatch. I love hatchbacks and wagons. But I don’t like the idea of not getting premium dealership service on a brand that potentially could be paying more service visits than other brands. Am I overthinking that fact? Really I just want a free loaner at the end of

I think the thing you’re not making clear is that housing prices rose faster than income in this part of the country (and the other coast). I live in NJ. The town I recently moved to is definitely not considered a top area to live. But you have choices of three price ranges for homes; under $300k, $300-$500, or over

This is exactly the problem. Come live in NJ, especially some of the central and lower counties. I spent half my life in PA in a slightly higher property tax bracket. I went to a well rated school, had services in the community, and could point out what the money was being used for.

Haven’t driven the Civic but considering the positive praise for the Mazda’s manual transmission and the fact that the 2.5 is up 10hp and nearly 20ft of tq, it should be a better drive. The 2.5 in my Mazda6 is peppy enough although the 6 is a little heavy feeling (current models are only 100lbs heavier than the 3

This one was too weird and over the top after the first half was over. Wife and I enjoyed it until basically meeting the sister. Anything after that was either weird/just too over the top or didn’t sit well from a plot perspective.

This is the proper response and execution. You can’t be greedy about losing a few grand when you’re in a situation with a massive car payment and no job. The interest and loss of financial security alone should be worth getting out of the car now while you can break even.

I don’t know a lot about the Legion comics or any particular tie ins. But who is the curly haired guy in the interrogation room? His one eye is very blue. Making him remind me of Jason Stryker.

As a Flyers fan, this was also my response.

Apparently newer models have sorted out the issues with the transmission but my 2014 Cherokee is a glaring example of the shit FCA puts out. It’s one of the worst transmissions I’ve ever touched. The 2016+ guys say things are much better now but I won’t trust FCA again.

Was looking for this answer. S1 was great. James Spader is phenomenal. But about mid way through S2 the show just lost me and the wife. We hate watch it now because there’s too much time invested. But it is usually in the background while we surf the internet or something.

Had potential but just fell flat.

CPO Audi A7. You can get one with 8000-30,000 miles depending on year and trim. I see some CPO Prestige models in the 2014 era with less than 25k on the clock. Some Premium Plus trims with under 10k as well. Heated seats and steering wheel, Nav, moonroof, cargo space if you want to carry some boxes or golf clubs,

All the stars.

Was wondering if anyone would comment on this. As a KL Cherokee owner, trusting a brand new platform with complex hybrid technology to be reliable from FCA/Chrysler is really hard to do. They can’t get the basics right.
