I agree. It shows how truly gifted of a storyteller GRRM really is. Now that the showrunners have to combine/create storylines, the show has steadily declined in it’s storytelling.

Not to be one of those book reading d-bags, but it was worse in the books. That was PG-13 compared to what actually happens.

The Dorne plot had so much potential, but they turned it into a sideshow. The writers did a terrible job with the Dornish characters. I will say: Oberyn was flawless, and Doran and Aero Hotah have lots of potential. Everyone else so far though, caricatures of extremely good book characters.

They get around it by saying the marriage to Tyrion is void because it was never consummated.

Ever since I read books 4 and 5 about 2 years ago, I always thought to myself “I can’t wait for the Sand Snakes.” Having 8 mini-Oberyns running around being badasses? Umm yes please, sign me up.

I don’t think there is a character in TV history that has been more poorly treated than Sansa Stark. Can’t help but feel bad for the girl.

Betty Draper is criminally too high. She has always been the worst part about the show. Lou comes in a close second, Bobby Draper’s annoying pre-puberty voice in third.

Gotta be honest, I heard this on the radio this morning, and kind of thought it was a joke.

1) There is a theory floating around that Trystan Martell is actually Fake Aegon. Which seems a little far-fetched, but it’s the only possible way left to bring Fake Aegon in. Not sold on that theory, but I don’t think they are going to ditch that Fake Aegon storyline. It would be a huge twist and confuse the shit out…

In live-action, it looked like a clear boarding. I actually looked away because I figured it was about to be blown dead and missed the goal.

During the regular season, Anaheim was like 35-1-4 or something like that in one-goal games. I can’t remember the exact record, but it was absurd. That is a mind-blowing statistic. I’ve told all the people I talk with that Anaheim is the last team I want the Blues to play in the playoffs.

I thought Winnipeg had a good chance at knocking them off. They competed with them every game. But like always, goalscorers have to show up in the playoffs.
