Seconding lambdacore's sentiments—how do we activate this?

While feeding my son I've often wondered why my beers couldn't come equipped with something like that little blue piece of plastic that lets the milk/formula flow without all the air intake like the Dr. Brown's bottles (which, by the way, are awesome).

Is Eugene Melnyk planning on launching a forensic investigation into whether or not this was intentional in some way or is that reserved for Matt Cooke?

The hit knocked him out, but it's very possibly the ice caused the injuries to his face. The hit very obviously caused the brain injury, though.

I was so bummed when they chopped off her head in The Tudors. She did such a great job playing such a great character.

I'm with you. My wife and I (mostly my wife) make a lot of our own baby food and it's really not that difficult. We do supplement with Ella's or some other organic brands because they tend to have higher nutritional value than the jarred Gerber stuff, but yeah the little guy really loves the stuff we make ourselves

Oh that poor, poor child. I can't imagine how terrifying that would be for me let alone for a child.

Don't forget one other major difference: Jason Collins played in the league and hid the fact that he was homosexual for the first 12 years of his career. Jackie Robinson could not hide the fact that he was black.

The Reddit-approved alternative is NSFL or "Not Safe for Life" and it seems pretty fucking appropriate right about now.

A big thing I'm finding is that even if you and your spouse talked about it and thought you knew what your plan was, it can change dramatically very quickly. Having a child completely changed our views on whether or not my wife would work. Before the child she was committed to her career and wanted to keep working

Is anyone else wondering how they get accidentally shot at by the LAPD? Because 4.2 million doesn't sound like such a bad trade-off if you survive.

As someone not in the industry, that still sounds FUCKING INSANE. I heard the clip on the drive into work this morning for the first time and I was wondering why on earth the female anchor sounded so completely confused. I thought maybe she had been thrown off by the "fuckin' shit" coming from A.J. but it makes more

I agree that it's not all that uncommon to get an account hacked but it's even more uncommon for people to say some stupid stuff, get flack, and then claim their account was hacked.

He thinks because he's no longer in college it doesn't matter, is my guess.

Her relentless calling out of the reporters for not paying enough attention to what she said is truly brilliant. The fact that she doesn't realize some of the stuff she's saying wasn't coming across clearly because English is not her first language made it even better.

Thank God Twitter didn't exist when I was just starting college. There would be a lot of dumb shit out there on the internet for people that apparently never had a terrible thought when they were younger and less mature to pick apart on the internet.

The yinzer thing is a joke, not a self-identification. As was the comment about being "blessed" not to be a baseball fan. I've been a Pens fan since I was old enough to understand the game. You should take yourself, and comments on a sports blog notorious for comments dripping with sarcasm and jest, much less

If we're always down, it's the only time we can be kicked.

Then these leagues need to do something to make sure these calls are made correctly on the spot through the use of technology. It was obvious the call was bad on first view to a lot of people watching on TV, and it was known with 100% accuracy on second viewing. There needs to be a way to make sure calls that are so

No I haven't forgotten that refs are humans. Maybe he shouldn't be fired, but there should be consequences. I don't see any consequences when refs blow calls. Everyone in charge shrugs and says "mistakes happen" but that doesn't resolve anything. Refs in all sports need to be held accountable for their screw ups in
