I don’t understand this. Most modern gas-powered cars are basically silent already. Especially at 19 miles an hour, a Toyota Camry or even Ford Explorer doesn’t make significantly more noise driving by than a Nissan Leaf or a Tesla Model S.

Not sure if I come from another planet. But if the car works and still moves properly, then it’s reliable. You can still drive your car to work if the stereo is broken.
