GM made a greedy mistake because they are shortsighted. Instead of introducing this car with a jaw dropping ly attractive $0 down lease, and blowing through inventory, they charged Luxury car prices for a decidedly UNLUXURY car.

Be good to see monthly lease payments rather than abstract reference to total price. Bolt seems to be $400 mo including down, etc, while Leaf is available at what, around $200?
Get rid of some of that glass. Who needs all that glass behind the rear headrest?
50¢ - $1 worth of electricity is only a big deal with these range constrained cars as it may mean not getting home.
Same could be said of all these hypothetical cars with hypothetical charging speeds and hypothetical fast charging infrastructure.
...and nocharging infrastructure vs fully built outout 400 mph chargingcharging.
Drive one?
Oh yeah, and the lease is only $150 a month...
Since I leased my smart ED in January I’ve had to put my TDI sportwagen on a battery tender... Because i never want to drive it.
...because they didn’t get the electric drive...
Moore's law doesn't need to apply. Gradual improvement to tech and price is proving to drive demand geometrically.
"It takes the big oems months to ramp up production to numbers where you see the new model becoming common. "
Seems like an advertisement: "My parents abused me, and I bought this instead of psychotherapy!"
y your definition, you feel no serious sports car has soul anymore? If it doesnt row like a canoe there can be no joy? Hate paddles, or just a general hater?
A pickup! How AWESOME! Before 2020?
