Why didn't they release this last year? I could have saved a ton of money on some discount roaming plans I used instead.
Just apply for a new VentureOne Rewards card. (the Gold $0 fee card) I haven't had any success with upgrading cards.

I have the zero-fee Venture card. Capital one doesn't charge the "luxury" protection fees... Fraud management, alerts, and resolutions are automatic, instant and connected to live people.

Definition #2 is what I was using, where even though theoretically there are still load times, it's so small that there's no point to measure it.
