This is so true. Plus I think if I ate meat now I’d have massive digestive issues. Ethically I think it’s best not to waste the meat but I think I would – or more likely get my friends to eat them.

The fact that their supporters will buy that shows you the power of bias to distort. Even though I love them, I would get it with Sam Bee or Jon Stewart – they can be rude or curmudgeonly or harsh when they want to – but Seth Meyers reads as the nicest person, even when he’s being tough.

The trailer for Lion went semi-viral in Australia a few months back because we’re blown away by how insanely good Dev Patel’s Aussie accent is. Unprecedentedly good. So I have heard of it, though I still have zero clue what it is about.

It said she was charged with impeding the investigation in November and bailed for that, maybe they didn’t have enough admissible evidence to charge her with the murder yet? Although still extremely frustrating, it would explain why she was bailed. I think the murder charge is new.

Exactly. This is one of the only animal death articles I’ve ever read where my initial reaction is relief because death is preferable to the life he was living.
