I think this is pretty cool. I don’t watch sports, so I can’t say whether I would want to watch them this way, but I think the technology is incredible and will only continue to improve.

Ha-ha points for getting the word of the day in your post, “wordle”!
It’s also possible that it wasn’t malicious, they just only wanted to pay $5 and it had to be done 8 hours from now.
Did either Renaud or the Post-Dispatch say anything less than flattering toward Mike Parson or someone close to him before? It sounds more like a personal vendetta than stupidity.
Last I checked neither Apple or Youtube is forking $100 million over to people who spout covid misinformation.
Damn, no mention of YouTube Music? I know it’s nowhere near as popular but I’ve used it and Google Play Music before it, simply because I’ve just always had my old library that dates back to the 90s uploaded there, and it always played the nicest with Assistant. It’s pretty barebones but the premium version is…
Uggh, can’t post the pic here, but there was a screen with the Roci drones on it, and the drone names were Peart, Lee & Lifeson.
I agree. Most male-female relationships are just friends. We need more of that in entertainment.
One thing of note, Marco was doomed the second that Laconia pulled their support and the railguns were destroyed. He could have taken Medina back from Rocinante crew, but he would still be horribly outgunned by the UN/Martian navy soon arriving at the scene. His only hope would have been to run through some other Ring…
Drummer takes it all in and calls it. “We’ve done all we can,” she says, before muttering something in Belter creole that sounds like a prayer for the Rocinante.
Yes, 30 year time jump in book 7.
Something is totally up. As someone mentioned books 7-9 are VERY sci fi heavy and this season showed that this show is a nightmare to produce under COVID-19 restrictions. Fortunately (semi spoiler) there is a 30 year time jump btwn books 6 and 7 and when they adapt the rest of the series it won’t be hard for the…
Excellent series finale. But now we need three more seasons with all the Laconian action and the immortal zombie Amos.
This season has been great. Maybe my favorite since three (I think?). They absolutely stuck the landing, and goddamn I hope we eventually get more.
No even if you didn’t read the books it’s clear the story is not over. The whole thing with the ring entities and Laconia is just hanging there. And as Holden says in the end “and hey, whatever happened to that protomolecule sample?” That was clearly a tease so even if you don’t know the books you’d remember there is…
I think that for non book readers the Laconia scenes clarify why Duarte was such a generous but temporary ally to Inaros, and just how insane the stakes are beyond the other Rings.
It was a satisfying season finale, and probably THE greatest hard SF show ever made. However, I’m disappointed that the central mystery to the show—the protomolecule—was shoved to the background in favor of the Inaros drama. Indeed, “whatever happened to that protomolecule sample?” It’s just a throwaway line now?…
Bought the whole package, I see.
Bullet. Proof.
Marco. Polo.
