‘But Mysk said he’s stunned at the level of detail. “I expected from a company like Apple, that believes that privacy is a fundamental human right, to collect more generic analytics,” Mysk said.’

Pretty sure that's the idea.

Not quite discord.  Discord is focused on many to many conversation.  Mastodon, like Twitter, is more focused on one-to-many.

My personal nightmare.

I’m still hanging onto my Fossil Gen 6. It has Wear OS 3 which looks better, but even that’s missing Google Assistant and Google Fit, though both can be added on. One with some hackery with Android Go and the other as a simple install from the Play Store.

Free speech has never protected employees from their bosses, nor vice versa.

Wait.... Is this guy still a thing?

I suspect this is a security / privacy issue. Note that they are also disabling the ability to ask a person’s location on your home devices (assuming that person has shared location through maps with you).

Exactly one of the reasons I wouldn't do either of these things.
