I've got good feelings about Doug Pederson from when he was Favre's backup (And thus, even more than most backups, got paid for holding a clipboard).

As long as he doesn't get to choose his personnel, I think he'll actually be a successful NFL coach. And I'm a little terrified that he'll be able to use Kaepernick properly. He never really had a QB that fit his system in Philly (though Foles was really good for a season or so).
