re hiccups (and will probably work for rib crack pain too)

the bathing suit is super-cute AND YOUR WALL PAPER IS AWESOME!

over 40 and still not sure what I want to do when I grow up. Humanities major with no interest in teaching so I did office admin for a whole lot of years before buying an ongoing creative business and becoming my own boss. Still not sure I want to do this until I retire; getting interested in alternative health care.

I am so happy to hear that your dad is on the mend & doing better.

HEPA air filter - whole house would be nice but $$$ but at least a portable unit for where he sleeps? Also, when I had worse allergies, it always seemed like I got accustomed to the allergy meds from year to year, so found switching them up sorta worked between Allegra and Claritin when those were the only options,

1. It will all be OK.

I would have took my chances & jumped out - that sounds hellish to the extreme, even for air travel. I CAN NOT STAND when people try to mask a stink with fragrance - SO GROSS! and in an AIR PLANE! so, like I said, there would have been a jumper...

I just wanted to say I had the same experience. When I turned 18, I thought that meant I could ask for (& receive) a tubal ligation; I was an adult after all. big NOPE. When I got my first job with my own insurance I asked again (mid-20s), another big NOPE. I was married for awhile, and he got a vasectomy (big ups to

my ablation is (finally!) scheduled for the end of this month. I am SO EXCITED to not constantly bleed!

ugh - I had this too - a fibroid can grow right up against your bladder and cause urinary urgency/frequent urination that feels like a UTI.

I made the mistake (?) of googling fibroid removal after some obscure reference mentioned her volleyball-sized fibroid being removed. They are some strange looking things on their own, and I imagine a uterus full would look like a bag of various sized roundish fruit. I am glad you finally got to hallelooo! :)

I understand wanting to avoid major surgery. Thank you for sharing your experience - it is heartening to hear that you haven’t had any further problems after the procedure.

thank you for sharing your experience - do you think the ablation has staved off any further fibroid growth? Or did they put the IUD back after removing the offending secondary growths?

I’m sorry - did you say a VOLLEYBALL? YIKES!

yikes! glad it has all worked out for you! did you get to keep your ovaries? what did you/your MR decide about keeping vs. removing your cervix?

...as long as we still have medical insurance - I have been waiting to get scheduled while hoping against hope the dotard doesn’t take everyone’s healthcare like a giant orange grinch.

thank you for sharing - I hope my bleeding stops mostly completely, like yours. Will have been bleeding 120+ days by the time I have surgery, so that is enough for the rest of my life, thanks. my surgeon is doing full general, she said even though it is only 10 minutes it would be traumatic to be awake - she mentioned

did either of you have an ablation prior to the hysterectomy? I have been bleeding since January, the ablation is (finally) scheduled for the end of this month and I am really hoping it works without any further procedures/surgeries. My surgeon said my fibroids were small enough that she thought we’d get more “bang

I’m going to have to agree with the overwhelming sentiment: go fuck yourself.

with that glaring lack of empathy, glad he is your ex!
