Advice for guy number three is terrible. She sees her ex socially, texts him, flirts with him, and acknowledges that she still has feelings for him. On top of that, she doesn’t tell fiance when she’s seeing him and deletes her text conversations with him. It’s almost guaranteed that she’s cheating with this guy.
