Cosigned on that last point. It’s so interesting that, when pretty much any female recording artist explodes into massive success, there are inevitably attempts to discredit her, or blunt the impact of her own talent/skill in one way or another. Insinuations that she didn’t really write her music, insinuations that

You aren’t alone. I don’t do Twitter and when I saw that line, I was tilting my head like an inquisitive pooch. I knew it had to be some sort of awesome burn but didn’t understand why.

OMG this gif!!!!!!!! So many uses for it.

I’ve driven the road to Hana and was fucking terrified about 60% of the time. The road narrows so much that, at times, two cars can’t pass one another...sometimes one car has to reverse back to a pull-out to let the other car go by. And all of this on high cliffs with no guard rails. It’s genuinely nerve-wracking

I’m appalled by the intensity of hate I feel for this judge. What a motherfucking bastard. I want bad things to happen to him.

Cosigned.

He has talked pretty openly about his rages—how he’d jump into fights, how he can be an asshole, etc. And yeah, that alone doesn’t mean he abused his wife, but I think it’s safe to say that it isn’t some brand new thing for him in his 50's, this concept of hitting people.

I loved this episode so much because I’d never seen this topic taken on in pop culture before. It’s such a source of real pain and embarrassment in groups of friends.

That is insane. I can’t believe your gf’s friend held it against her that she couldn’t shoulder that much cost just to attend a wedding. Maybe it’s for the best that the friendship faded...to be honest, it sounds like the bride was an asshole.

Absolutely—writers can be taken to task (and should be!) for writing clumsily or ignorantly about their subject matter, whatever it is, even when it’s fiction. If a writer fails to write a story in which the character’s actions make sense within the context of his/her fictional world, then the writer has failed

OMG yes.

Yep. I feel like Littlefinger is too important a figure—as a key behind-scenes manipulator and plot twist-maker, super adept at playing the titular “game”—for the show to kill off anytime soon. I think that scene with Sansa was meant to convey that he has been humbled for his horrific error in giving her over to the

Cosign every word of this.

“Isn’t that what he means when he says “make America great again”? The America where a white narcissist can get away with saying and doing whatever he wants to anyone he feels is inferior without fear of reprisal.”

That’s an insult to rats, though.

I showed this gif to Mr. Tarth and we both snort-laughed so hard we hurt ourselves. Where has this been all my life?

Seriously!

THIIIIIIIIISSSSSSSSS.

I still think the original comments were bitter and douchey, but on the other hand, this guy delivered such a memorably unconditional and deeply ashamed-sounding apology that I’m inclined to allow it. Unequivocal apologies are such a rarity anymore.
