My Buell blast (500cc thumper) got over 60 mpg on the regular. It didn’t like going must faster than 65 but it was a ‘blast’ to sling around the slow roads.
Seems the CJ is a registered road going “car” so it doesn’t require a helmet while the more modern and (possibly) safer Roxor is still classified as a UTV which requires a helmet in rule following off road parks.
I’d take the one that doesn’t require a helmet to putz around in.
nothing on the wagoneer in the 5 year plan? Bummer.
Examples shown aside, could the higher profit per vehicle include the famous CarMax warranties which are largely pure profit (excluding the Demuroids). I’m sure a large portion of the warranty price is booked as immediate profit.
I just picked a 500L as a loaner for my Grand Cherokee an hour ago. Even driving it like it “the fast car in the world,” it is pretty terrible. The ride experience is like a London taxi without the vomit smell.
This is not really here nor there but I recently held the finish tape for a major athletic event and let me tell you it was not nearly as easy as I expected.
Are all of your team’s video appearances filmed within 5 minutes of waking up? I have a hard time listening over the din of unkempt hair.
Fingers crossed. As backup I picked up the 8year/120k extended maxcare “warranty” through Jeep at an additional cost of $1800. Also, my selling dealer included a “lifetime powertrain warranty” through a 3rd party (which I’m not counting on still being in business by the time I need to use it).
how can an ota update address wind noise? Does it roll the windows up tighter?
I’ll tell you that I was so excited. Prior to this purchase the most I had spent on a car was $12k. I dug deep into the piggy bank to pay $48k (paid off in 3 years) for an overland with Offroad plates and e-diff. It’s a great ride but it’s a hard realization that I’ll likely never be able to work on it myself because…
I’ll answer that by saying it’s the same diesel (with a different turbo package) found in the Euro spec Maserati Ghibli diesel. I don’t think reliability is their prime directive.
As a 2014 Grand Cherokee CRD owner (which is currently in the shop for nebulous codes suggesting fuel injector issues) the news on VM Motori’s email is thrilling. I know in my mind that a buy-back is not gonna happen but, in my heart, that dream is still alive.
was the c30 offered as a manual? I though it was auto only.
I completely agree it’s not an easy one. I’ve never seen o2s used.
I would have timed out thinking “what is the abbreviation for a carburetor...carb?”
Are you telling us that you have to take vacation days to take these trips which generate the material for your blog writing? It really begs the question of “What do you on your ‘work days?’”
