I really liked the flipper glass in my old E61 but it was a cause of great headache. the wiring loom would get pinched and frazzle all sorts of electronics. the solution presented by the SA was to replace the whole loom at like ~$2.5k. I was like, “No thanks, I’ll just keep it closed.”
