Except the judge also referred to it as “allegedly violent behavior” beforehand, so the implication was already there.
Don’t hate crimes require premeditated motive?
The RS article said that Jackie wasn’t a pseudonym. That being said, how many women do you think were named Jackie, born that year, attended UVA at that time, and had connections to folks in the frat?
Her name is already public knowledge, though...?
They look like shoes to me.
Cool! I literally said that not all of Sanders’ supporters are BernieBros.
That’s the thing about the internet: as soon as you send it to one person, you’ve essentially sent it to everyone. It’s painfully obvious that Russell did this with zero good intentions.
I’m imagining your actual grandpas reading this and shedding a single solitary tear as they double click the x in the corner of the browser.

My sister in law is from Japan and she says a lot of these same things about other East Asian people, especially Korean and Chinese folks. “Othering” is not just a white supremacy thing.
I feel like this would do a lot to either make or break the argument being made in the article. I doubt there is factually accurate data out there because it’s difficult to ascertain race based on video alone.
