You've got the order of the Prost/Senna crashes the wrong way around. Prost took out Senna at the Casio chicane in '89; Senna took out Prost at Turn 1 in '90. None of it was particularly sporting.

Exactly. The EU has special, much laxer, low-volume type approval regulations for small companies. That's how the old TVRs got approved. There's one set of rules that wouldn't even work in the rest of the EU, just in the UK. I'm not sure, but those rules may have been used for some of the wilder versions.
