“Until recently, football players did not”
Looks like he’s passed the CPA exam, which is awesome. Most of us do that while we’re working at the same time, but we’re actually working in the field (which helps with the exam)... this guy is a badass.
How would it not be true? I’m a CPA and have never once referred to myself as Teamdonkey, CPA. It’s a designation for email sigs and business cards. MDs use it all the time as part of their name because they’re assholes... noone else does.
dude looks pretty good for 55
Sorry Laura, you guys are fucked.
If they wanted to make you pay more for phone, video and data, why wouldn’t they just charge you more for phone, video and data?
Had that same experience. In high school my friend says come down to the park by his house, there are usually good up games going on. So we go and get into a game fairly quickly. We win a couple so we’re still on the court when future NBA journeyman Eric Strickland shows up. I’m not guarding him, but he gets a steal…
you... really need to read the story again
I’m loving this trend of people describing what constitutes a joke and telling me what I should or shouldn’t laugh at. It’s great!!
how much money gets lost when traffic stops for a while on the highway?
That is something that literally every other team in the NBA (and every other pro sport) tries to do. Calling it part of “the Process” means absolutely nothing.
That would make sense if the rest of this story made sense. But it doesn’t, so I’m guessing the key here is the way the coach said it.
Those things are so utterly, completely different that i’m shocked you didn’t burst into flames when you hit publish
Wow. That’s great, except none of those things were how it went down. There are a few clips on the internet, feel free to review them. You’re just arguing for the sake of arguing now. It really is ok to be wrong on the internet.
Again, worth a question why? Whats the only possible answer? “we thought it was over. If it wasn’t, that was a mistake”. This isn’t the NFL, where someone asks a coach why he punted and he can say “well I thought our defense could hold and we’d get the ball back”. There’s no tactical, strategic response she could have…
What was the point of the reporter’s question? What knowledge or insight was she hoping to get? I didn’t watch the game so I don’t know if he screwed up at the end or his players did, but either way, they still had a small chance to win if they had pressed it. They didn’t.
I’d be happy to defend it (really doesn’t take much, it’s fairly obvious) to someone who was willing and/or capable of intelligently considering the response. When you find someone like that, let me know.
I probably won’t STFU, or spend time proving things to a simpleton who didn’t prove anything to me
Well you’re dumber than I gave you credit for, so I guess we’re done here.
