It's not really over yet for another week. I'm mostly just showing up to work and wasting time while planning my Japan vacation this summer.

Definitely agree on All-Star Superman. Instead of a whole run, is there an individual arc that stands out from Morrison's New X-Men? I guess I'm trying to make a distinction between long runs and a single story that could be sustained in a single tpb.

Definitive Stories for Characters

I read…

Oh I missed that. I'll delete mine and add it to your thread!

Happy birthday!

I've seen the announcements for the Dark Days / Dark Nights books and have even read The Forge, but somehow I'd never heard anything about this Batman vs. Batman stuff. Is there something I'm missing here? I actually don't know what the general story is supposed to be about, besides the various metals that Snyder

I really loved the ambiguity in how much the character was supposed to be controlled by Pym and how much by Ultron. It had me questioning from scene to scene and made me want to check out his recent appearance in Uncanny Avengers.

How's your public library system? I thought mine was pretty bad at first, but once I figured out how to use it, it's completely changed how I read/purchase comics. I'd say 70% of my reading comes from GNs/trades from the library these days.

Ugh, it's so obvious now! I've liked Clay Mann's work for a while now, starting around Age of X. Finch is slightly getting better but his art is one of the things weighing down King's run IMO. I preferred it when he was drawing books that I could conveniently ignore. If only Batman was a monthly book and they just
