I'm always so relieved when male and female leads have a platonic relationship. It's just such a refreshing change these days.

I hate Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries a little bit. I find it thoroughly mediocre, its approach to the myriad of social issues the show tackles is completely half-assed, I've been made to sit through more of it than I ever wanted to see due to unfortunately timed visits to family members who like it, and I think it…
McDonalds stories thread?
I feel that way too. No matter what her humans say, I find it hard to believe the poor bub is okay with being picked up and carried around by strangers for long periods of time. Or being on a crowded movie set with all these strange people rushing around her.
I didn't watch the last season of Warehouse 13, but Claudia has much of the same problems as an example as Skye does. She starts out just being there for her tech skills, but her time in the field vastly increased as the show went on, until she was a full-on field agent. Often the show would have the two protagonists…
"Bad Hair doesn’t depict an abusive parental relationship per
se—Marta never beats Junior, and doesn’t even come across as overtly
cruel in a wicked-stepmother sort of way"
My parents watch Scorpion during my weekly visit, and I can talk about it! It would mostly consist of complaints about the stereotyped and clueless portrayal of genius.
Well, let's see. I'm a vegetarian, so I don't eat gigantic glistening hams, and I'm cutting down on dairy, so I generally avoid hot chocolate and other milk-based drinks.
We watched an episode in my media class last week and discussed it afterwards. The one where they film the glory hole scene?
I just googled them, and they don't look like rolls to me. More like scones, although I imagine they'd be the savoury kind. Rolls are basically just round-shaped bread, they usually have a crust and a different kind of texture.
I would've loved to see how that that would've fit in to a doco about financial journalism.
My Robin Williams story can either be a lengthy monologue about why his character in Dead Poets Society was terrible (and also in Patch Adams, but that's not so contentious) or about an inappropriate boner - at least, I'm 90% sure it was a boner. I don't know if either of those really suit this occasion.
"Corden is an English actor who’s enjoyed great success not only with Gavin & Stacey, but as the lead in One Man, Two Guvnors, which netted him a Tony in 2012. He’s also co-starred in Fat Friends, appeared on Doctor Who, co-created the sketch show Horne & Corden, and guested on Dizzee Rascal’s 2010 World Cup anthem…
This won't be tasteless and racist at all, I'm sure.
I rewatched Bachelorette again a few days ago, and the main two issues I had with it the first time 'round bothered me less upon rewatch. Although I did realise that IMO they should've ended the film one scene earlier. But overall I really liked this movie, and it did some interesting things with its characters and…
