I think that changed to 2.4 in WRX and 2.4+hybrid in the STI. At least that was what I was last heard.

True, it could be close on a dyno with the Supra vs Z manual, but only there could it come close. The manual will be slower just because of human error.
Haha if only it was that easy. I have my family car: 2014 Caprice PPV w/6.0 L77, and two other 2 doors for fun, and I’d rather not give up the 2 doors I have for this.
If you want a true wagon just get the Outback XT and lower it from its current skyscraper height.
It looks great, but I have a feeling the weight went up a good bit. I would guess 3600 or so. Since the turbos + extra water pump + dual intercoolers on the VR30DETT will add a good bit of weight vs the VR37 in the 370. It will still be a good car and nice performance vehicle.
It’s a beautiful car and it won. WW2 era cars are few and far between nowadays so why not appreciate the few that are left, there won’t be any more added.
I like the look, and have always liked this car. Just never got one as it wasn’t practical with a family, but I would consider it.
Depends on its purpose:
Yeehaw indeed.
To be honest, I must applaud the writing on 1st gear. It shows the situation of each administration without being charged or opinionated about like/dislike of either. Good job.
I work in automotive at a Tier 2 supplier for Pumps, Actuators, Solenoid Valves, etc, so I see what OEMS are planning for the next few years and for future development, but I don’t think the infrastructure will catch up in time.
Never said you meant the best tires. Just making a general statement. But some people think that if its not a Michelin or Continental or Toyo then its absolute junk.
Anything safety related.
Yes to a point. Obviously expensive Michelins will always be one of the best all around, but do you need a 10/10 all around tire for a D/D? No.
NEP I guess. Just depends on the dollar to maple syrup rate.
Yes but most cars sold between here and Europe don’t convert ~1.2 (or whatever USD/EUR) to consider a price. Most of the time if its 45k EUR, its around $45k USD, or a little less in the USA.
I’m not a BMW fan by any means, and somewhat Anti-BMW based on past experiences.
Yes! I am looking to pick one up soon just to throw a turbo in.
G8's are not cheap at all. Good luck finding a V8 one under $15k.
For me it was the HP wars between the big 3 and their muscle cars. (Camaro, Challenger, Mustang)
