Not much to update about this week, really. Work continues, the air quality has improved greatly (apologies to those of you up north who are really getting it bad now), though my sinuses are still a bit cranky/fucked up from last week’s.

I made this sweet potato pie last night. It’s my first ever pie made from scratch and it’s not perfect but it was delicious and I was damn proud.

Shelter Cat Update!

If we’re all going to be posting animal pics, I’m posting some of the pics I got at the zoo last weekend. The animals were extra perky and photogenic and we have a baby elephant that was born a month ago!

Having a momentous week - want to pinch self because I started my dream job Sunday. Had to pause on the baby for a bit, due to some unfortunate logistical procedures I need to endure, but at least during this time my new Mercedes can keep me warm :)
