Seems like it proves a lack of creativity with music execs that they music they are deciding gets to be popular all sounds like the same thing we’ve been listening to since the 90s. Same 4 chords, same formula, etc. Once upon a time, music execs regularly took chances on different things and won big. Now we just

Where was the third person?  In the frunk?  Seems likely these folks were not obeying the rules of the road in more than one way.

So, every car sold here in the past 20+ years then?

Too bad there isn’t the one thing that would make me consider using Safari again: a decent ad blocker.  After using uBlock Origin on Firefox, trying the various inferior options on Safari was excruciating.

Yes, I will watch movies in theaters again.  Just not F&F movies.

I switched from Spotify to YTM about 6 months ago, and it is great.  None of the problems mentioned here.  Specifically, I subscribe to YT Premium Family which includes YTM.  The biggest complaint I have is the desktop app is just a Chrome Web App, so it kinda sucks.

I don’t care that it “looks bad.” Art is in the eye of the beholder. I do care about how dangerous these things are on the road. Visibility is already so bad in modern trucks that lifting them, with or without squatting the back end just makes in exponentially worse. I saw a ton of these in Myrtle Beach last weekend,

I get near-gig speeds using MoCA adapters on 20+ year old RG59 cable upstairs.  The fewer wireless devices, the better.  More people should take this advice.

Well, she arguably had action scenes in Scott Pilgrim, so it doesn’t seem that far fetched.

Or, you know, stop connecting everything to computer networks.  Anyone ever watch Battlestar Galactica?  Cylons are hackers!

I saw my first one in GA last week.  I didn’t bother to stop.  Looked like a Sheetz.

I got so sick of all the disputes Roku engages in, along with the hardware and software quality and compatibility problems I have experienced with their recent hardware, I have unplugged all of my Rokus and given them away to people who don’t know any better (i.e. just want Netflix). This is particularly disappointing

Porsche 928 was the first I can recall.  C4 Corvette with its flip-around headlights. 1st Gen Miata. FD RX-7. So, sports cars.

Saw Eric Clapton there in 1992. Acoustics sucked even if the music was otherwise excellent. Seeing Rush at the Mid-South Coliseum shortly thereafter sounded much better, and Mud Island is my favorite place to see concerts in Memphis.

I 100% agree it is would be better to have fewer abortions. However, I have to admit that I do believe that the choice ultimately resides with the mother. It is a terrible decision to have to make and a terrible process to have to endure, and I believe we would have fewer women making that choice if they knew the

I get what you are saying, and I appreciate the thoughtful and well though-out response. However, the simple answer is “show me, don’t tell me.” Cutting funding is how they show they don’t care about kids once born. I am not necessarily an huge fan of the left’s policy stances on this and other issues, but they are so

Conservative politicians anti-abortion stances might be a bit more believable if they seemed to give a damn about those kids once they exit their mothers’ uteri.  Well, maybe.

Neutral.  There is no why to the RX-8.  It just is.

It was all already on the conveyor belt.  We just left it and walked out.  Pretty sure most people in the store understood.

My wife and I stopped at a Food Lion supermarket in rural SC in May 2020. All the restaurants were closed and not serving food by then. Other than the employees of the store, no one was wearing a mask, and the employees were largely wearing them incorrectly. We didn’t feel like we were being looked at oddly or
