Question: where does this whole “don’t fidget” thing even come from? I didn’t attend public school, and it continues to baffle me that there are evidently rules against things like playing with hair, sandal straps, clicking pens, etc. and that apparently some people consider these rules necessary.

I’ve been using a diva cup for about a year now. I have PCOS-driven hell periods where I will often bleed what I now know to be 2-3 ounces in one day. The cup has been a lifesaver, honestly.
From what I can tell, the easiest way to tell is to stop hugging/petting and see if the dog tries to get you to start back. If they don’t, stop.
