Haha I honestly have no problem with emulation, more so for older games though that don’t have new copies coming out or games that don’t have digital releases.
If they have even 1 digital release I suggest just buying it if you’re able to.

Well I mean.. It was early 2000's when the .hack// games were coming out.. .hack// has picked up a lot of fans since then.. Still it probably wouldn’t take them much to port them over and add in trophy support.
