It's more or less how all the Links looked pre-Ocarina. Except for the Brown hair, which Link only had in the 80s.

This was from Donkey Kong Country 2. In the game, there were 40 "DK" Coins that were hidden throughout the game (one per level). When you beat King K. Rool, Cranky will take you to a screen that compares your progress to other famous adventurers.

I would go so far as to say that DKC2 is one of the best Platformers ever made.

"Third Universe" would be more like Mario Party/Kart/Tennis/Golf/etc.

Mario vs. Donkey Kong, anyone? I mean, there's already this cross-over series which continues the '80s Donkey Kong games. Why does it matter if he shows up in proper Mario games? Mario only ever made a single-screen cameo in the Country titles, after all.

That's a sad story. Crisis Core is really touching, and I put about 100 hours into Birth By Sleep. I pretty much bought a PSP just to play those two games and Castlevania.

I'm already saving up for a PS3 in anticipation of a Western release! I need a PS3 anyway for when Kingdom Hearts 3 comes out in ten years.

I haven't played Paper Mario yet, but Superstar Saga was better in every aspect, imo.
