If a black person doesn’t like or trust Hispanics, for instance, that’s racism against Hispanics. If a black person doesn’t like white people, they just don’t like white people, because there’s no racism against white people.
The idea that some people can hold negative beliefs about such a group is valid, tho, and constitutes an “-ism”.
I don’t think that’s what Bernie Sanders means. Many of his supporters end up somewhere in that direction though.
