It’s funny I haven’t seen anyone mention when Sarah Palin said this - she was quoting Albright off of a Starbucks cup and we thought she didn’t get it, but now Albright’s saying it in the same context, which I think is erroneous but it’s not the end of the world and I’m giving her a pass.
