I do this but on my lockscreen. I have a few different "modes" I put my phone in depending on where I am (work, car, home, etc). I just hit the shortcut and the task runs. I love it.

I would probably just use the power settings to turn the screen off after x amount of time. All you'd have to do is just wake it when you need to see what's on there, and then after 15 or 20 minutes the screen shuts off again. But yeah, screen burn-in is no bueno and easily avoidable.

I'll have to give this a shot. Google Play Music will only cache on your local storage and not at all on an SD card, which really sucks. Maybe this will allow me to redirect that folder over to my 32GB SD card.

Well since Dempsey was born with one deformed foot, and Prater has both feet whole....

Since I have a Super AMOLED screen, dark backgrounds are better for my battery. I've had this one for quite a while now and I still like it.

Oh look, Pier 1 Imports.

You do make a fair point. Even business class laptops have their faults like any other product. As for longevity, I have seen similar scenarios where a low end consumer laptop has lasted for years and years, and a business laptop has lasted months. I think part of that is the user. Some people are horrible with

In my personal experience, business laptops are generally better quality machines. As a computer tech of 7+ years (and counting) there are definitely differences in the build quality between most business and consumer laptops. Most of my experience has come from working with HP computers (consumer and business) but

The new Oldsmobiles are in early this year.

No prob. I'm from New Mexico, so I hear a lot about the space port.

As another person has said, Spaceport America is based in NM. It's home to not only Virgin Galactic, but has other tenants such as SpaceX.

It's been a while since I've seen that site. I had forgotten all about it. Thank you for bringing it back to my attention.

Same here. When the transmission died on mine, the engine had 272,000 on it and was still going. I got rid of it (wasn't my truck) and after about 3 years I spotted it running around town. I imagine it's got another 272,000 left in the tank.

Santa Fe is the same way. Or at least, I'm pretty sure it still is. I do my best to avoid that town.

Levorg = Grovel backwards.

Hmm. I can see that argument. I read it in the article but basically just dismissed it.

Alright, but only if you go on accounting holiday with me.

Ok, maybe I'm missing something here, but wouldn't you just set the heat of your water heater to a higher level and then use the cold and hot knobs at each sink/tub to set the ideal temperature? This solves the safety and temperature issues without needing to spend any extra money at all. Right?
