This is a direct result of the Stephen Harper government pretty much ignoring Native Affairs for years. I know people who have worked in northern communities and the conditions in some of them are not conditions you should see in a developed country, ever. We can do better Canada!

I get that, but what if Siri misheard? Like, “I gotta crêpe” and then Siri thinks you said “rape” and dials 911. Plus, taking away someone’s decision as to whether to report or not when they have already had their will overridden is not helpful.

I don’t want to question too harshly the places people turn to for help in their darkest hour, but I can’t even get Siri to understand that when I ask it to find me a gas station, I mean a gas station in front of me, in the direction that I am already traveling, and not one that requires a U-turn or long detour…
