Charlie, I’m all about your past piece about if Moffatt is out of ideas when it comes to this episode. It moved at such a weirdly broken pace. I also think the best episode of Capaldi and Clara was “Listen.” For this episode I think it still holds true that Moffatt needs to get out of there already. I’m pretty certain

I like where this story is heading!

And that’s what makes ST so different than DW... ST doesn’t fear being as blunt as possible when it comes to social commentary.

Doctor Who rules the Universe, in Star Trek, you’re limited to the galaxy (or Q-world, or Voyager world...) but nothing as lavish as Doctor Who is capable of just because Doctor Who is a more flexible show.

it worked for Doctor Who, it will work for the new Star Trek!

They better have Joss Whedon as the head writer!

They just need to go to an Ultraviolet Lightsaber to make some real damage! The higher the frequency, the more the damage... just make sure to wear safty goggles while using it!

Michelle Gomez rocks!

Install Nick Briggs as the New Doctor Who showrunner!!! I’ve had enough of the Moff!

Cheetah Master was great... but we know now that the cats run the hospitals... interesting to mix those two stories.... LOL

Ditto! “We know who you are...” I got a big smile on my face with that one! I think they should bring back “Malcolm” from “The Planet of the Dead” with the rest of Unit...he rocked.

Worf for Under Secretary of Defense

They just need to use the Torchwood Retcon pills on everyone!

well, we might as well as used the machine copy of the doctor from the Amy & Rory days... or the Flesh version... how many copies of the Doctor are we going to use to solve the problems in this show? We need a new “out...” And we need a new head writer! Bring in Nick Briggs! The Biggest most involved Doctor Who fan

I think the Doctor should send the Zygons through the rift in Cardiff and be done with it!

look it up on wikipedia, you’ll aready see someone updated that page to include references to the Doctor Who episdode.

Hey, the Adipose episode was awesome! One of the best Pantomiming I’ve ever seen! Thank goodness Big Finish is bringing back the 10th Doctor and Donna! I loved their partnership on the show... they’re truly brilliant together!

I am with you on waiting for the true resolution at the end of the next episode before judging the entire story... but the whole massive stereo-typing of current events is ok... isn’t the the point of Sci-Fi in the first place? To be a satire or a parallel story to what’s really happening in the world? This story was

This wasn’t a bad episode, on the contrary, besides its obvious stereotyping to modern issues going on internationally, the story is good. It’s actually an episode with conflict and fighting, which has been pretty rare during the Moffatt years. This episode feels more like the time with RTD, and the “RUN!” type

I love the 2 part episodes... it’s nice having a movie-type storyline... the cliffhangers have been a bit thin, this episode’s cliffhanger is probably the best of the season so far.
