Like GoT, this series would go on multiple networks, or perhaps span multiple movies. It’s a Marvel-verse size undertaking!

I think this is more of a British thing, I understand it since I’m a huge UK-phile... but many Americans wouldn’t get it, unless it were more of a nebulous location.

Big Finish really does do quite good work!! I just wish they weren’t SOOOO expensive! the $$$ to the British Pound does not have a favorable exchange rate!

Man, I’ve been waiting for this for a VERY long time! I can’t wait... though I really hope Nick Briggs works it out that the Daleks can interact with Torchwood! That would be a truly awesome story... Hearing Gareth David-Lloyd back as Ianto is a huge bonus too!

quite agree! it was truly an excellent way of story telling. And now that Big Finish has the Torchwood license, we are in great luck of hearing good stories continue!

I also don’t mind that they killed off Owen and Tosh... the show was fine without them. Torchwood CoE was truely a masterpiece. I didn’t know it was originally meant for something else... what was it supposed to be?

I wouldn’t disagree about the Victorian lesbians... just look at Vastra and jenny now! It would be a great tie into a Torchwood related story with the Paternosta Gang too!

Dollhouse was a good idea, but it REALLY suffered from post-Buffy wanna-be kind of show.

I don’t think it was completely RTD and Julie’s fault. I’m sure BBC Worldwide pushed them into the Starz deal. I wish they hadn’t ruined the most awesome season of Children of Earth with the trash from Miracle Day.

Smallville was good, but with a Big-Bad of the week structure, it got boring, especially after 10 seasons!
