Ok... this time @CharlieJane, I disagree with you about #Torchwood. I just watched the finale, and I actually enjoyed it. In keeping with this posting, I'm not going to give away any spoilers. There are some things the finale could have kept out, especially in the final scenes... 'nuff said... but I think the end was

Those are all really good points... we'll see what the Moff has for his series finale this year to see if any of that comes true! But I could see why Doctor Who is totally in a "mind-f*ck" state right now, which is very seperate from the "real world" that Torchwood could be taking place in.

Out of that list, there are 4 I'd see in the theatre.

I just think since the show focuses on the "dark" uses of powers it gives such a great twist on the superhero (or anti-hero) story.

And no mention of "The Facts of Life" cross over with "Diff'rent Strokes," or "The Muppets" and "Sesame Street?"

I would love some Jason on Hoyt or Hoyt on Jason action... (dirty me!)

I think it will be a good movie... not like we need more of the same kinds of movies with deadly viruses killing off the planet's population... but the director is good, and the cast is good... now hopefully the writing will be good too. My guess is it must have been quite well written for the director and the cast to

These short previews does just leave me very, very frustrated... I think more than the "coming next time" previews we usually get. Here we got partial scenes, and these look to be very tightly written with TOO much information packed into every episode!

Wait... NO TARDIS or DOCTOR WHO WALLPAPERS!?!?!

Hope you've watched the whole 13 episodes of Misfits! It gets really good... it was nice that they had an "extra" Christmas episode this past year. I don't even know if they're showing it here in the US... I had to find "other means" to watch it when it was airing in the the UK... much like I had to do with Being

I'm sure that's why most people will be going to see it, is because David Tennant is in this flick. I saw the original a couple months back, having never seen it before, and thought it was the funniest movie. There was nothing scary in it! It was totally 80's cheese. I laughed as hard at the original "Fright Night" as

Love this review! It's spot on, and even made my laugh before going to sleep last night!

I think Torchwood is suffering from an extended season this time, compared to CoE. One thing that they could have kept from the typical Sci-Fi format would be something like they've done on Doctor Who and the older Torchwood, and had a few Monster-of-the-Week episodes mixed in with the whole Miracle Day story arc. I
