I switched to a sugar-free creamer, and 1tsp sugar per mug (12oz or so) rather than 1 tbsp. Brought the breakfast-time sugar from over 40 down to 12.

This is the exact same thing I’ve done in the last month, cut sugar and salt to normal levels, 10lb in a month. It’s amazing how much it adds up, I was hitting 1/3rd of the sugar intake from the morning coffee alone.

I saw whole grain saltines in the store the other day, got them and they’re really good. Feel slightly less guilty now about the “serving size == 1 sleeve” thing
