Do they sleep?

My MIL babysat our son every Thursday eve for 2-3 hours for the first six months of his life. Not only was this nice for us, but I think it contributed to our son’s confidence and social ease.

You’re incredibly generous and your husband should be thanking his lucky stars. Don’t know the whole situation of course, but (especially since your husband works from home), what’s his reason for not sharing in family/household tasks?

Jubilee would be a fantastic bachelorette.

Montrealer here: we all pretty much shut up about René Angélil out of respect for Céline. Time for that later, if never. Céline is a national treasure, plus they have kids.

Maybe take a look at Helen Mirren’s carreer path? More gutsy than priviledged, imo.

ok, I enjoyed this clip but to be fair, I think she’s a good actress overall from the movies she’s been in. I haven’t seen By the Sea, but if my child died (which I understand is the basic premise) I would be at least this “sighy” and dramatic for sure - if I didn’t outright become a drunk suicidal/homeless crazy mess!

A lot has been said about #oscarssowhite but isn’t the consensus now that the real issue is the lack of diversity in film production?

Whenever I was both younger and single, I would pause, smile and engage catcallers (90% ranged from sweet to alright) but it seemed to cause a “deer in headlight” situation. Oh well :-). This case started more like the other 10% catcall situation, but they seem like a happy couple now.

That Shut Up and Dance song sounds like those thousands of generic songs that came out in the mid-to-late 80s suitable for radio play. Apt review by Joanna.

Well I’m stumped then... I’m at home. Found it on another site (usmagazine dot com I think). It’s only the first minute of her performance on SNL, so if you’ve heard that, you know her performance is flawless.

I have no link either, thinking it might be because I’m in Canada. Off to look for said link.

I’m impressed by this lady’s ability to write these aggressive, accusatory emails that end with statements like “have a gorgeous day”. Ballsy. Also, bat-s***-crazy.

The Santa guy is awesome. I’m the mother of a very friendly 5-yr. old, and he loves meeting people. I think I’m sensitive if it’s a bother, but it never seems to be. Most people are lovely. The parents should be mortified that they ignored their 4-yr. old daughter after 5 attempts, not because she saw Santa in a

That Funky Town guy is awesome. He diffused the situation like a bad-ass mom: distracting the two fighting kids with something nonesensical, and getting TF out with the car. I totally admire his fearless girlfriend, but the other guy was crazy. That whole post was a great read.

... the devil himself evicts his worst tenants

I’m positive she does say this in one of the first few episodes. This is probably a trick question where she didn’t say the phrase exactly that way, but a variation thereof.

Yes, I have a feeling the reason for “it’s him” will prove more convulated than “Annelise is his mother”, but the show does seem to lead us in that direction.

I hope you have more than 4 good years, not everybody gets the sads and crippling anxiety about the future.
