I recently moved to Georgia (Atlanta suburb) from South FL, tator tots are everywhere here. I mean everywhere! Most restaurants and always in freezer section of grocery stores.

You haven’t had Chex Mix until you make your own Chex. The feeling of self satisfaction when you weave those tiny strands of grain with just a pair of tiny tweezers and a jeweler’s loupe is intoxicating.

Ice cream.  I’ve made it a few times and while the flavor is good we always seem to have to chip it out of the container after the first day.  I’m not sure why but it seems to freeze harder than the ice cream from the store.

Just fyi, the dude that founded Jimmy John’s (at my alma mater, U of Illinois, Urbana/Champaign) is also a fairly major asshole, but not quite as public about it as Schattner.

I think “popcorn salt” - granularity as fine as cornstarch - will “stick” okay.

The wife and I just have two bedsheets, like we are european or something. Works mostly great until I kick my blanket off and unconsciously steal hers.

The Microfreeze, a counter top box that instead of heating things, cools-freezes things almost instantly. Just realized you need more ice? Microfreeze! Beer not cold enough? Microfreeze! Coffee too hot? Microfreeze!

Because men don’t wear them? ;)
