Just me, I’m sure. The creme filling just always seemed necessary to make the cookie ‘work.’ No way could I eat twice that. But then I’m the weirdo who scrapes the top icing off of layer cake, lol. I love cake more than cookies, pie, etc. But an icing to cake ratio of 20/80 is my sweet spot :)
