There are no defining foods. During a ten year span hundreds of trends emerge. They can be “defining” simply by being a trend. “How” we eat might be interesting: Uber-eats, the resurgence of the hot pot, Instagramming food, how we choose to eat together - or not. I don’t think we will ever see the kind of phenomenon…
