Ohhh cud, sorry, it was a couple years ago and the name of the shop escapes me. For some reason I had thought that it was on Sunset but its very possible that I just didn’t know what street I was on ;)

Me and an ex met him in an antique shop in LA and he insisted on buying us each whatever we wanted in the store then showed me the costumes he teaches classes in. I think he gets a real kick out of meeting and helping people. Glad your son had the pleasure ;)

True story. It was either late 2013 or early 2014 and I was visiting some friends in LA and ran into Mr Simmons and his Brazalian Mr Oliveira in an antique shop. I was admiring a tie when and speaking out loud to no one in particular, “I like this tie”, “I’m gonna come back for this tie”, and “I really like that tie”…
