Ive been caught with narcotics and I got my felony case thrown out the first court appearance and paid 500 dollars. Im non violent, educated , have a job and no history. Its just how it works. Did you you think they were going to do months of work to prosecute this to get maybe a weeks jail time and fines???

It would be a huge misuse of a limited pool of funds to send recruits to rural, poor, out of state areas where the school is unlikely to receive many applicants intending to pay full out of state tuition, which can be 2-5x as much as in state tuition.
