I’ve been watching all along and the shit is really hitting the fan this season. Leary’s character seems cringe-worthy. Lichen Lachman plays his “companion”. If you like adorable “low life”, then this is your show.
I walked into Alien knowing nothing other than “In space, no one can hear you scream.”

It’s crappy when a movie is so much something I don’t want to see that they can’t even pull together a teaser that makes me wonder if it might be something I want to see. Especially since I liked Sicario so much (despite the sense of hopelessness it portrays).
With the corrupt camp officials accepting bribes to allow contraband (such as drugs) into the camps where the children are. That would tie it all together.
It doesn’t do much except bog down a film that feels less like a sequel and more like a weak couple of mid-season episodes from Sicario: The Series.
How did you arrive at that conclusion?
Our gov’t needs change, unfortunately the soulless oligarchs already had control of most of our 2 party system and blowing the existing stagnant order to smithereens only seems to be giving control over the fascists and “the 1%-ers”.
This turned out to be one of my favorite shows of the year. Episode 5 is such amazing poetry (Joe Pera talks you back to sleep). I guess it’s my favorite.
