Don't apologize unless that's your actual intent. Get rid the word "sorry" from your vocabulary and maybe replace with a phrase "I apologize for..." or similar. Even if you're aware you've offended someone, the situation may not even call for an apology.

Although people may not like it, Keenan's position is one of principle, which I respect.

This is easy, wouldn't think there'd even be a question. If your out on business, highest ranking pays the bill and expenses it. If it's not business related then everyone gets a separate bill.

This one's a no-brainer. You don't need these anymore. All the music and movies you want are on the internet now or can be stored on a hard drive. So rip them and make some space on your shelves. Bonus: most urban recycling centers accept CDs and DVDs in your blue bin.
