Stick around is what I did, totally worth it. You need to think of buying a home as an investment (but you also gotta do your research on the properties). My credit rating skyrocketed after owning my house for two years. I'm now able to get awesome financing on a lot of purchases which also helps my credit and gives

I've done the foam roller thing, to the point where I can easily balance on the side of my leg without pain. It hasn't had any impact on knee pain when running though.

So what's causing my ITBS and how can I fix it?

I think you're right on with this assessment. I can't seem get anything done around the house in one day off. It also doesn't help that I've got 2 jobs and my Saturdays are work days anyway.

It depends on what you're doing, how hard you go and other factors. I typically workout 6 days a week with one day off with no extraneous activity. After a 3-5 weeks of this routine I take a full week off of specific workouts.

Yes and no, if the merchant has the credit card zip they get a lower rate for the card company.

I'm where you're at. I shoot upwards of 2,000 rounds a year in competition. The price table at these events can't even begin to payback this kind of hobby. I ended up getting a part-time job (at a gun shop) to supplement my hobby.

I've tried it in a noisy bar and it worked perfectly!

I agree, I recently applied to a few positions with long online forms. Then at the they wanted me to upload my resume and cover letter... even though I just filled in all that information into their forms!

For me, I think the ideal salary would be something that could maintain all of my hobbies where I wouldn't have to make sacrifices on day to day expenses in order to fully participate in my hobbies.

I try to do HIIT at least once a week. I do it on a stair climber though, it's harder to cheat.

The 57 is typically my go to for snare and guitar, especially if there's no time for getting creative. The 58 does sound different, and I usually reserve that for live applications. As far as phantom on the dynamics, while they don't require it, it's not going to kill them. But one thing that should be practiced is

Sometimes walls are good... gotta pick the nose sometimes!

I get up as late as possible to maximize sleep. No sit down breakfast at home for me. Some days I'll have something at my desk at the office. On the weekends I usually get up late enough that it's really lunch.

I work a 40hr/week desk job and refuse to work more even though I'm salaried. I feel if a company wants you to work more pay should reflect that, and mine doesn't. I also have a part-time job that I work 14hr/week in support of my expensive hobbies. Although that part-time job is more like social hours with some work

Adjustable comb height.

I always like to call my iPad the "perfect couch computer". I use it to browse the internet during commercials when watching live TV, especially sporting events. I seem to use it more to look up info on movies like director background or actors, etc.

Pride doesn't really enter into the equation of how feel when dressed any certain way.

Don't worry about it. A freshly ironed shirt is ruined as soon as I put a jacket on and get in my car to go to work. It's futile.
