Even if it weren't such a horrible situation, she violated federal privacy laws, state privacy laws and her hospital's own rules of conduct. If she gets to keep her license I'll be appalled.

I'm a dude and I've been roofied. I wasn't the target (female friend was carrying a pitcher in a packed bar and we didn't have a table) but my first clue was having a missing period of time which I'd never experienced before or since.
I slogged through Coven, which was difficult because I despise the goat-boy voice of Stevie Nicks. However, Kathy Bates made it possible to complete the season.
Growing up in IL, our IL history book claims the first homecoming was at the University of Illinois on October 16, 1917 and it was to celebrate the soldiers returning from WWI. Wikipedia info conflicts and a quick google search claims several origins and myriad dates.
Probably less visibly horrified, in my estimation. I'd like to see how you would react to malt vinegar on truffle fries. Doesn't seem like those two flavors would complement each other that well.
I think that's part of the problem.

How do you make coffee without water?
This sounds like something my ex would do in the future when her son is a teenager. She was the "cool parent" when I was with her and her son was 3-5yo. They do not serve the "usual" basics. I'm actually getting hungry because I've posted the menu in so many threads already. Truffle fries... delicious! http://madfreshbistro.com/#!/mad-menu
Look at their menu. This is not food that should be served with ketchup. If I had a child under 10 I still wouldn't let them put ketchup on truffle fries. http://madfreshbistro.com/#!/mad-menu
Truffle fries.
You should check this place out. If you want ketchup on truffle fries though, which is what they serve, you don't belong near a kitchen. http://madfreshbistro.com/#!/mad-menu
You should look at the menu before you judge. If you want a burger with ketchup, Mad Bistro is the wrong restaurant. http://madfreshbistro.com/#!/mad-menu
Based on their menu, I doubt they have ranch in their restaurant to begin with. http://madfreshbistro.com/#!/mad-menu
Pinkham, I love reading your posts. I spent my formative working years in the restaurant grinder and I've never really found fault with anything you've written. The commenters here should note the menu though. They serve truffle-oiled fries with an aioli sauce.
Ketsup is portmanteau of "ketchup" and "catsup."
