Yes, her health/armour ratio in the mech was 200/400; now it is will be 400/200. And while her shots are increasing from 8 to 11 bullets, the damage per bullet is decreasing from 3 to 2. It’s not big, but it is a net loss of damage.

Yeah, most players could do okay before, and will again. I was more speaking about the competitive scene. Up until her buff in November, I don’t think D.Va ever got higher than C-tier in usage.
