It was easier to find a complete rail that wasn’t rotted to patch in, than cut all the shapes and sizes needed for the bottom and side of the rail, plus the back where it connects to the tail panel, plus there’s that whole round channel for the spring hanger bushing to go through....

It works to get tothe angle its at. Should be good enough for what I need to get at. makes it a pain to move around the garage, but it doesn’t get used for anything else anyways.

The deck’s plywood is already painted, just needs a few touch ups. The rest is painted pressure treated wood in good shape, minus some of the bracing I need to re-do. But this shed weighs a LOT less than the wood one that was there, so it doesn’t have as much movement as it did previously. Read more

There’s a massive metal center frame that holds it all together, and the walls each have a center metal support tube going through them. Its got a 10 year warranty so I’m hoping its made to last at least that long.
