Touchscreens are horrible. I have a 2016 Forester and the lag at times is maddening. Then some things are touch, some by a controller on the steering wheel....which is so stupidly programmed you can never figure it out. Its clear some IT dweeb programmed it since no sane human can operate it. Zero intuitiveness on any

Met Arlen many times including way back in early 70's. I worked at AEE Choppers which was in business long before Arlen was and he bought some parts from us now and then. Last time I saw him was at the shop in Dublin. We walked around the collection for a few minutes, talked old days, got a couple pictures together

Now if only we could stop the BS athletic scholarships. Total bull that kids get in for athletics when people like me wanted to go and couldn’t get in as I did not have the money, athletic ability or grades. I was a poor student but far from stupid and have been very successful in business and life. don’t cry to me

Nothing I want to see more than some HD bagger with a 30" front wheel in red......or purple.....or green. Wow, cool.

Under 250 cubes is small. 250-400 is medium and over 400 is big.

I’ve been going to car shows of all kinds for literally 60 years. Mostly I remain amazed at how badly some people can fuck up a great car. And usually the funky displays are with a car that is badly fucked up.

At some point she has to pay up. I do know at any other dining room besides one full of other old rich guys with trophy wives all the diners would be puking.

In Germany the drivers licensing requirements are MUCH stiffer than here. A large part of why the accident rate is so much lower. Having driven I-5 since it opened (once did 100 miles in an hour when it first opened, no cars) and Hwy 99 a billion times I can safely say.......set up grandstands and sell tickets.

Yet another reason to never set foot in a Walmart store or buy anything online from them. People if you are price whores you will eventually put yourself and your neighbors in the poor house. Buy local.

Actually a very nice car with the worst timing ever.

My old man was a gunner in the US Navy armed guard aboard a Liberty ship which were actually sailed by merchant Marine sailors. A couple of them are still afloat and sailing which is amazing since they were built to be expendable. He said the ships sucked as they were so slow and usually full of bombs or av-gas being

California is smart to have changed their system to the car must pass smog before it changes title. Back in the day even dealers ( surprise) would sell you vehicles they knew would not pass smog. My dad bought a real nice truck once and unknown to him all the smog equipment had been removed. He had to literally track

Plenty of us out here that want true small trucks. Go back in time and they were huge sellers and very useful. Profit margin is less so the manufacturers killed them off. My 1968 F100 is literally the truck that built America and you can’t even find it when I park between a couple of todays F150's. At work we have an

A manual transmission engages you with the vehicle, you can better feel what is going on with it, you stay aware of what is going on, it keeps you sharper as you have to be engaged with the vehicle....not your phone as an example. I know the stick is dying but so is the ability of drivers to drive. Believe me in my

My buddy had a first year LUV and I had the first year Ford courier. both were great little trucks. Cheap, easy to work on, good mileage and comfortable enough. A lot more a truck than most being sold as one today.

Nope. Missed it by a mile. I know what works (lifetime truck owner, over 50 years)and its not this or any of these bloated over-wrought trucks. These are really cars done big. I’m down to one truck and putting a fresh engine in it right now to keep it since its the right size, weight and style. These bloated pigs are

Jesus what candy asses. I roll my 68 F100 with a 6 and 3 on the tree and non-power drum brakes all over the West. Turn up the damn radio if the noises bother you. not that I can hear it in my truck. Old shit just runs and is easily fixed. Quit your crying and drive.

Trucks are a joke. I have a 1968 F100 daily driver, you know one of the trucks that built this country. Its now so small I can’t find it in the Home Depot parking lot. Damn few, no matter the protestations, are used for anything but to haul people, not loads. I bought a F250 super Duty with service body and lift gate

I’m 6'2" and 235 and Trump makes me look like I’m thin. Also his license says 6'2" on it....by going to 6'3" and 239 he stays one pound under the obese BMI number.....sheer vanity and ego. Oh and the military doctor that certified it? Guess who he works for.....quid pro quo.

Too big, too tall, high waisted, tiny windows, no base model (non supercab)......its a bit smaller F150. No sale.
