The DLC is included as part of the expansion pass, but you can also just pay for it upfront like any other game’s DLC.

Just a note, but Nintendo does not pay to operate the section of the park. They licensed out their name to Universal, so really they’re getting paid.

You know, I like this. I think more difficulty modes are always welcome and it serves to bring enjoyment to more people who might have found the game a little too frustrating originally.

Thankfully villagers won’t move out without asking, so you can just start grinding that friendship back up!

Weeds definitely do spread. I’m not certain about flowers, but you will definitely have a ton of weeds.

Save files are console-based, Switch saves have never been cartridge based.

Yes!! I’m so excited to be able to color coordinate them to match my furniture! Also Nintendo sneakily tossed in the return of the Rococo set, which I am SO excited for it’s not even funny.

The weirdest part by far is encouraging a 7 year old to “build muscle.” What the fuck?

I disagree that exp. sharing isn’t making a difference in the games being too easy. With Sw/Sh it was almost impossible to go into any fight underleveled. The game can basically be played on autopilot.

I really don’t understand this shit. Is it the uniforms? There are plenty of other smart-looking uniforms not associated with genocidal regimes.

I used to ride the Hankyu a lot from Kyoto to Umeda station. Really miss that. There’s something special about Hankyu trains. It’s like going back in time.

This shit just tacitly reinforces companies heavy-handed anti-piracy measures. The game is barely a day old.

From the footage we have so far, there’ve been no voice lines at all which is concerning.

The thing that really puts me off about the game is the fact that there are no voices at all. It just sounds weird and empty.

What because of Velvet’s outfit? That’s the only thing I can think of that’s remotely sexualized about her. You can change it if you really dislike it that badly.

Was really sad to hear this. I hope he’s able to recover quickly.

Sounds exactly right for Johnny and Associates. This is the same agency that released news of SMAP’s (at the time, the biggest boy band in Japan) breakup via fax in fucking 2016. Johnny’s is about as behind the curve as you can get, it’s almost unreal.

That’s a huge relief, then. I don’t want a penny of mine to go to that awful person.

I mean my point is that he’s definitely going to make royalties off of their inclusion which is not ideal.

I was in Kyoto during the 2018 quake, really scary stuff since I’d never experienced a major quake before. Was in a new building and all of my furniture was secured, so nothing even fell off my shelves, but it was scary, nonetheless. It seems like most of the deaths were from unsecured furniture.
