My understanding is that the fender bender that finally got Aldon cut was a direct result of the Aldon/Kaep/Nessa thing.

He unquestionably went over in the locker room BETTER after he began protesting. He was on somewhat rocky ground, further exacerbated by Aldon getting cut after their love triangle crap... word was he had always associated with scrubs on the team more than stars, and things had always been kind of weird with him in

See, you know how it’s gonna play out. After the team falls off again it will be the new jacks who bail, and the only people who want to go to games won’t be able to afford to.

As somebody who hasn’t gotten a haircut in 25 years, I strongly encourage this... from afar.

No that was JaMarcus.

George Zimmerman was advised to let himself go physically. It worked. Hulk Hogan fought for the right to wear a do-rag in court.

Rolando had that winning smile while he was being arrested. You could tell he was a consummate pro with nothing but football coursing through his veins.

Nas once famously got his chain snatched at a show in SF in the 90's. JT Tha Bigga Figga got it back for him on the strength.

This “interview” bullshit is fucked up. JaMarcus Russell got tryouts with I believe the Bears and Saints after he was cut by the Raiders. He was perhaps the least committed football of all time. Nobody insisted he needed to give an “interview” first. Rolando McClain, perhaps the second-least committed football player

It’s hilarious. I’m sure if Deadspin called that stadium that they rip on every chance they get home and couldn’t afford to build a new one, they would turn down public money and be held hostage by it out of moral obligation. And yeah, I don’t see a new stadium changing the A’s fortunes either.

That is a very charitable interpretation of remarks that sounded more to me like “we’ll start trying after we get a new stadium, we swear!”

If you think the fans buy this stuff, you must not know a lot of A’s fans.

Morons have been acting like they’ve been making this cutting edge point for how many years now? Meanwhile in the Bay alone over the last five years or so we’ve seen that weird incident with Kaepernick in FL that was portrayed as a false accusation despite the woman never actually accusing him of anything, Crabtree

Yeah, they’re OK with everything they think has nothing to do with them personally, and this ain’t that...

I got no issue with him being paroled. If he did his time, it is what it is. But I don’t get being all fired up TEAM O.J. at all. His murder trial essentially ushered in the post-truth era we’re reaping the lovely benefits of now. And he’s proven to be straight trash.

I’ll take that bet. That kind of paranoia sounds way more conservative to me, if it even tilts in either direction.

Would the resulting centrifugal force make his ‘do more or less awesome?

It had to have been the stage, yeah?

They’re a solid enough band in their own right.

I’m not sure if they even let an audience on the field anymore at the Oakland Coliseum after Metallica/GnR/Body Count in ‘92. During the (not unreasonable!) wait between Metallica and GnR, those of us on the field waged a most glorious sod war versus the lower deck. Not sure who won, but the field definitely lost.
